BSCI is a business social compliance initiative that requires companies to use the BSCI monitoring system to continually improve social compliance standards in their manufacturing facilities worldwide.

BSCI - Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) aims to implement a unified process to monitor and promote the social compliance of companies that manufacture relevant products through the development of a policy of continuous improvement. Many European brands and retailers such as C&A, Coop, Esprit, Metro Group and OBI have recognized the BSCI certification.
